Dear Mr./Ms.:

We are pleased to appoint you as a Sales Agent (Novice Rank) to promote installment plans or loans for items sold on the PayRemit App. Following are the terms and conditions of your appointment:

1. Your responsibilities will be as follows:

   1. Identify potential customers for PayRemit Shop.

   2. Convince these potential customers to download and register in the PayRemit App.

   3. Screen potential customers and exclude those who are a credit risk.

   4. Process customers installment plan application in the App

   5. Participate in marketing activities as these occur.

2. As Novice, you will receive a commission amounting to Php 500.00 for every installment plan or loan extended to a customer. A loan is considered successful only after the customer pays the down payment. Your commission gets higher depends on the number of down payments in a month.

3. For items with SRP of P3,250 P6,499, commission is P350.00 regardless of Rank.

4. We will count the number of successful loans per calendar month, then pay the total fees earned on the 15th day of the following month.

5. Your fees/commissions will be deposited to the Philippine bank account

6. You will assist our collection team in contacting borrowers for any loans that are past-due. If bad loans from your referrals(clients) is more than 3% of the total, then we shall terminate this agreement.

7. You are required to secure prior approval for all promotional materials that you will use. Do not misrepresent, overpromise, deceive or mislead potential and actual customers.

8. You are not an employee, contractor, or part-timer for Advantage lending Corporation.

9. You are not allowed to collect payments from clients and pay on their behalf.

10. You are not allowed to join or offer items with conflicting service with PayRemit.

11. You are not allowed to offer anything related to gambling.

12. All successfully referred clients are only counted during the first transaction. There will be no exclusivity for a client, but should they course the next transaction through a sales agent that will still be counted as a successful referral.

13. 30 calendar days without successful transaction, Sales Agent account will automatically be suspended.

14. Either party may terminate this agreement at any time with no prior notice.
